I am one of the millions who watched the inauguration earlier. I’m giving P-Noy 7 out of 10 for having a great speech wherein he stated everything the people wanted to hear. The presentation of some celebrities is also noticeable especially Charice’s version of national anthem and Noel Cabangon’s wherein he made the politicians stand up and plead. That’s enough for now. We all hope that Noy’s take over is the start of something new and the way to victory.
